The Nesbitt Centre Turns 30! 30 years of empowering lives! ✨ Remember that magical night on December 7th? From heart-warming speeches to electrifying performances, it was a celebration filled with memories we'll forever cherish. We were especially humbled by the support of Ms Lee Pui Sze Charmaine of Social Welfare Dept who grace this event. For 30 years, The Nesbitt Centre has been a beacon of hope, providing essential services and support to people with disabilities. But none of it would be possible without the unwavering commitment of our incredible staff, volunteers, and partners. Thank you to everyone who came together to celebrate this milestone with us! Your support fuels our passion as we continue to engage, enrich, and empower lives for another 30 years and beyond!

We are hosting a dinner buffet to celebrate our 30th anniversary and raise funds for our programmes and we'd love for you to be there. An unforgettable evening awaits you at the Nesbitt Centre's 30th anniversary dinner buffet. Experience the culinary expertise of the renowned Meraki Hospitality Group, ensuring that your taste buds are tantalised by a delectable dining experience. Enjoy free-flow drinks as you savour the exquisite piano playing of the talented Jimmy Chor who will be setting the perfect ambiance for the night. Katya Virshila from the brilliant BallroomBees has kindly agreed to be our MC for the evening. The Nesbitt Centre learners had the privilege of participating in dance and movement programmes with and found it very beneficial. The 30th anniversary event is an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of the The Nesbitt Centre and to reaffirm our commitment to inclusion and community support for people with disabilities. Every single dollar raised during this exceptional night will go directly to The Nesbitt Centre. By joining us, you'll contribute to empowering young disabled adults, enabling them to live independently and pursue their dreams. On November 1, 2023, The Nest Coffee Shop at St. John's Cathedral celebrated its 10th anniversary! The Nesbitt team is so grateful for the support of our customers and staff over the past decade.

We want to thank the Dean of St. John's Cathedral, Reverend Chan, the founder and Chairman Emeritus of The Nesbitt Centre, Mr. David Nesbitt, The Chairman, Mr. Andrew Sheard, The Executive Director of The Nesbitt Centre, Surinder Punjya and everyone who contributed to the planning and construction of The Nest Coffee Shop.
