Located at AIA Kowloon Tower KDL Honoured to helped one of the top ranking broker firm to design & built their new office in Kwun Tong. Overlooking the amazing Victoria Harbor view, we design their break out area ( Pantry, Lounge, Utilities, Hot-desking ) all facing the windows sides with pivot door design on their meeting room to connect all into one space. Also setting back the workstations into the middle area, so the sunlight wont affect staff working.

The Riva House (HKG)
The client is a young couple lived in North America for awhile & wanted their house to have a modern & NYC studio like to it. This 3 stories + a huge garden & a roof top patio house in NT, HK. Playing with lots of raw wood, steel, red bricks and concrete material to make the space more warm & cozy. Also playing with its very high ceiling in the living area, we added a deck study area with a Tatami & full height decorative book shelf to make use of the tall ceiling & empty living area.
Approx: 4000 Sq.Ft

Designing for the Japanese cuisine restaurant in Yuen Long. They have various zones from sushi bar to teppanyaki & VIP rooms. The restaurant employs several materials to make an aesthetic interpretation of its stone fortifications to bamboo forest to make different zones separately & makes visitor feels like in nature.
