Bakery China 2024 was held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC), Shanghai from May 21 to 23. This year’s exhibition covered a show space of 320,000 square meters, with 2,200 exhibitors attending and 400,000 visits expected, reaching a new historical high in scale.

With the theme of “Angel Baking, Quality Taste”, Angel Yeast demonstrated its innovative strength and excellent quality in the baking sector by showcasing several star products and innovative technologies at the exhibition.

Master chefs from U.S.-based BakeMark and Angel Yeast made several products onsite, including bread, the Ciabatta series, American desserts, and fancy sweet potatoes.

Angel also showcased products from European partners: MIWE Michael Wenz GmbH, Sonneveld Group B.V., KOMA, and DIOSNA
