第十八屆香港國際武術節終於結束了，很滿足下半年set比自已學劍術和參加比賽的目標達成了。

多謝師父鼓勵我學劍同參加比賽，如果唔係我唔會有呢個勇氣！

多謝師兄同我密集式訓練，超有耐性教我每一個動作。一分鐘嘅套路雖然好似好短，但啲細節位真係練左好耐，係我練到膝頭瘀到想放棄的時候，你仍然一直鼓勵我堅持到底

終於明台上一分鐘台下十年功🙈

仲有學院所有同學，每次見到你地練基本功、踢腿我都會比你地嘅堅持感染，同埋 陪我由室內練到室外💕謝謝你們讓我認識武術和愛上它🙌🏽
