DNS : 讓我們的身體重返嬰兒期嘅旅程

Dr. Yung : “Jimmy, 尼個system 嘅concept 同你教學嘅模式好似,可以去了解下”

Dynamic Neuromuscular stabilization (DNS) 來自捷克 布拉格,以嬰兒在一歲前發展的里程碑做基礎,從躺、趴、爬、跪、蹲、站、行每一個階段發展動作做為一個評估和治療指標。透過唔同動作去分析肌肉發力和關節穩定,從而減少動作代償而影響結構的症狀

If you don’t use it you lose it.

看似容易簡單嘅嬰兒動作放响成年人身上,你會發現原來一啲都唔易,執行時亦會發現身體嘅連繫性原來已經被單一生活習慣和舒適嘅環境變得有心無力。

响4月完成咗 A & B course,除咗了解動作層面嘅執行外,响覺察動態方面能力亦提升!而且九成嘅同學都係物理治療師,由治療層面角度觀察又有唔同見解,獲益良多。

阿女話咁快就差唔多6個月大,已經開始食固體食物,小朋友真係日日都有唔同,爸爸會繼續努力去做好我嘅崗位❤️

我哋大家一齊努力啦
