【堀米雄斗巴黎2024奧運金牌逆轉勝🏅】
​2024奧運正式落幕，帶大家回顧一下日本滑板手堀米雄斗於2024巴黎奧運精彩逆襲🔥！

雖然比賽初期表現不佳，一度掉到第七名，但最後大招完美施展「Nollie 270 backside bluntslide」，取得97.08的高分，成功超越美國選手伊頓，奪得金牌🎉！

賽後堀米雄斗分享了當時掙扎：「曾經有想過放棄，近兩年似地獄一樣，事事都不順利。但最後一次比賽勝利令我看到一絲曙光，感謝家人、朋友同我自己，堅持到最後，始終相信自己，專注於滑板。能夠逆轉取勝，非常開心。」

另外，值得一提係堀米雄斗比賽一直戴著耳機。被問到聽什麼音樂時，他笑著說：「其實沒有放音樂，只是為了集中注意力才戴耳機。」🎧

Despite falling to 7th place early on, Horigome nailed a perfect ‘Nollie 270 backside bluntslide’ in his final trick, scoring 97.08 to clinch the gold medal and beat Jagger Eaton! 🎉

Horigome shared: "I almost gave up. The past two years were tough, but the last victory gave me hope. Thanks to my family, friends, and myself for sticking through and believing. I’m thrilled with the win."

轆就係滑板靈魂所在，決定滑行感覺同速度，唔同場地都有各自適合嘅轆，選擇適合嘅可以更快地增進技術。知唔知究竟點樣先係最啱你呢？今次就同大家解構轆嘅三大分別！

STEP.1 直徑📏
想要飛嘅感覺🪽？揀啱尺寸先至關鍵，從街道到板場，都有專屬尺寸！！

▪️ 52mm~54mm：翻轉技巧高手首選，但路面崎嶇要小心！
▪️ 55mm~58mm：街滑、碗池愛好者最佳選擇，平順穩定！
▪️ 59mm~以上：長板必備，速度同續航力極致挑戰！

STEP.2 硬度🪨
硬度決定了控制感同彈性。通常以A數表示，數字越大代表越硬。對於平滑地面，較硬可以提供速度同回饋。而較軟則更適合街滑和崎嶇路面。

▪️ 78A~87A：街道、代步首選，穩定又柔軟！
▪️ 90A~97A：全能型選手，街道同板場無往不利！
▪️ 99A或以上：專業場地絕佳之選，速度同控制極致挑戰！

STEP.3 形狀 🔄
寬窄兼顧，完美平衡！輪子寬度決定了舒適度，而形狀則會影響滑行的感覺。經典形狀輕巧靈活，適合技巧表演，而錐形則更適合卡招。

▪️ 闊度：闊轆穩定舒適，但重量稍重，睇個人偏好。
▪️ 形狀：經典 vs. 錐形，各有所長，依技巧揀啱嘅！

【乜野係啤令🤔？】
啤�令(bearing)，原為軸承，機械專有名詞⚙️，透過旋轉減少滑行時摩擦🔧⋯⋯簡單講🤷🏻，只要有轉動，就會有軸承，而每一塊滑板會有8個啤令，提高加速穩定性，同時影響滑行速度，更具有支撐和避震的效果。

揀選滑板軸承嘅時候，要留意以下事項：

1️⃣ 潤滑劑類型：
選擇潤滑脂或者潤滑油視乎風格，潤滑脂因為黏度較高，適合新手，可以穩定滑行，唔使太擔心保養；潤滑油則適合追求速度嘅進階者，提供更順暢體驗，但要定期保養。

2️⃣ ABEC：
ABEC用以區分「精密度」，數字越大代表誤差越小，同滑度無相關，ABEC數值愈高，滑順感同速度愈高。建議初學者由ABEC 3開始，熟悉之後再挑戰高數值。

3️⃣ 數量及材質：
滑板只有鋼珠同陶瓷珠兩種。鋼珠較平，耐撞，但怕水；陶瓷珠較貴，不耐撞擊。6粒滾珠嘅軸承可以提高速度，但耐用度唔高；長距離滑行推薦用陶瓷製滾珠，耐熱同輕巧。

4️⃣ 附屬配件：
墊片等配件可以保護軸承，減少摩擦，增加滑行順暢度。滑行之前，要睇下有冇裝墊片，同埋留意佢嘅損耗程度。有啲軸承一體成型，唔使另外裝配件。

【What are bearings? 🤔 】
Bearings reduce friction during rotation; wherever there's rotation, there's a bearing. Each skateboard typically has 8 bearings, enhancing acceleration stability, affecting skating speed, and providing support and shock absorption effects.

Pay attention to the following to choose bearings:

1️⃣ Lubricant:
Choose between grease and oil based on style. Grease, with its higher viscosity, suitable for beginners, offering stable skating without much maintenance worries. Oil for advanced skaters chasing speed, providing a smoother skating experience but requiring regular maintenance and replenishment.

2️⃣ ABEC scales:
ABEC is used to differentiate precision levels, with higher numbers indicating smaller manufacturing errors. ABEC corresponds to smoothness and speed. ABEC 3 is better for beginners to start with and progress as they become more familiar.

3️⃣ Number and material:
Skateboards use 2 types of ball bearings: steel and ceramic. Steel is cheaper and impact-resistant but prone to rusting in water. Ceramic is more expensive and less impact-resistant but has lower friction, lighter weight, and do not rust. Bearings with 6 balls can increase speed, but durability is lower. For long-distance skating, ceramic bearings are recommended for their heat resistance and lightness.

4️⃣ Accessories:
Accessories like spacers can protect bearings, reduce friction, and enhance skating smoothness. Before skating, check for the presence and condition of spacers. Some bearings are integrated, eliminating the need for additional accessories.
