Creating a sustainable retail fashion store starts long before the doors open. Before the first brick is laid back to the new store, thoughtful design and strategic planning are key to minimizing environmental impact. Every choice matters, from materials to layout.
Thoughtful and thorough pre-design thinking is essential prior to construction for a sustainably successful result.

Client is determined to create a burger brand that provides healthy and low-carbon footprint in the making of burger as well as the design and build of the store.

Our first Burger Joint project in Beijing.
Adapting our customised sustainable materials to interior fitting out. Bespoke upcycled plastic logo signage and table top. Delighted to meet visionary and like-minded client from Beijing who is willing to push limits and create a better impact through sustainable design.
A % of profit from every single burger sold will be donated to local community to support student for better education.

Apart from being the facade and furniture, wasted suitcases were shredded and made into UPCYCLED LUGGAGE TAG : 100% upcycled product. ♻️

• The centerpiece, the LOJEL logomark installation, is intricately crafted from recycled PET (rPET) material and Upcycled Plastic Panels using advanced 3D printing technology. The LOJEL logomark is a combination of two symbols of journey—a pathway and a flag.
Combining a mix of two unique technology of upcycling - upcycled Sheetpress plastic + rPET 3D printing designed/ upcycled and created by
• Constructed with non-toxic, low-VOC eco-vinyl flooring and eco-friendly paint that promote both sustainability and better indoor air quality.

The whole store design uses 100% eco-friendly and environmental friendly materials.
We managed to keep the base structure from the previous site and reused it as the frame of the new furniture, reducing another 40% of wastage during demolition - pushing sustainability as the forefront concern and awareness. ♻️

Our pleasure and honour to design the celebratory packaging for for the Year of The Dragon.

Taking the concept of the “Imperial Dragon and Pearl” to wish guests a prosperous and auspicious new year.
To push boundaries, we incorporated AI technology into our design to expand the imagination possibilities.

Embracing ‘s commitment to sustainability, we have upcycled used
glass bottles, turning them into portable lamps to give them a second life. Our eco-friendly gift box is
printed on FSC-certified papers with soy ink.
Wishing everyone a fruitful year filled with joy and harmony.

January workshops are ready to register online right now!

Edit Academy is hosting a series of upcycling workshops at Landmark (B1 Belowground).
The workshop involves learning about plastic and the dangers of plastic. Then we will let the kids try the different machines involved in recycling, from plastic shredder to the injection moulder. This one of a kind workshop brings the process of recycling to life!
