At Zinfandel Food and Wine Bistro, we offer three unique wine tastings everyday from 12:00-5:00pm. Our staff is extremely educated on all of the local grape varietals of Croatia. We will pair your tasting with local cheese, charcuterie, olives and homemade bread.

Together, we will take a deep dive into Croatian wine:

The White Adriatic offers a refreshing all white wine line-up starting in the north of Istria and ending down south on the island of Korčula.

Heritage of Dalmatia focuses on hyperlocal wines of our area; a white, a medium bodied red and a full bodied red wine.

Last stop Zinfandel will teach you all about the origin story and the family grapes behind our namesake, Zinfandel.
