It’s gonna be all the regular events with the alcohol for three, and a f**k ton of vomit 🍺🍻

Hey what’s up guys? F**k, what a crazy time to be alive. Never thought a trip to the supermarket for bread would feel like getting into a club with a fake ID. Even imagine how much effort put in to train a stray bird named Clive to send messages to all the mates we miss. Safe to say we’re definitely missing all of you greatly.

We’re down to a tiny crew of beautiful people in a sandcastle and along with many other hostels and businesses all around the world. We’re getting slammed. Even though the cold showers are putting more hairs on our chests making the guys look (slightly) more masculine and lights off all around the hostel making our nighttime vision scarily superhuman-like, there are still bills that need to be paid. Evidently we ain’t got any of that income to pay them off.

So many businesses all around the world are unfortunately closing down due to COVID-19. We are going to fight as hard as we can to not let this happen to us. Anyone who’s had the pleasure of walking through these doors into a courtyard full of memories would know that it would be devastating if we were to close. This has been the unexpected home/ alcoholics paradise for so many people for countless years now and we definitely don’t want it to end here.

This is when we ask for your help. There’s a campaign where you can Adopt a Hostel, a way for people to support not just Grandio but hostels all around the world. Anyone that has any fond memories of this dilapidated building, from meeting the legging wearing/dress wearing/ guyliner wearing staff member that checked you in, drink your way out of the A**l room, passing out before midday at the bar and countless others - Keep these in mind if you’d want these times to ever happen again. Treasure hunt ✅ was a huge success getting the old man Snaps out the house. These are the Lego masterpieces that our two fabulous teams created at the start of the race.
