Dark chocolate and banana gluten-free free muffins.

- 2x cups of gluten-free mix
- 200 gr of dark chocolate (150 gr melted to add into the mix and 50 gr on top of the muffins)
- 3x large ripe bananas mashed.
- 1/4 cup of dark brown sugar
- 2x eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla powder
- 100 grams melted unsalted butter
- 1x cup of milk
- 1x teaspoon of baking powder
- 1x tablespoon of cacao powder

1) Mix all above ingredients except for 50 gr of left over dark chocolate

2) Prepare muffins tins

3) Use baking paper to bake

4) Pre heat oven to 170 degrees and cook the muffins for 25 to 30 minutes

5) Take the hot muffins out of the oven and put the rest of the chocolate on top of the muffins. Like the picture above.
