In early October, we received a call from .id that we had been nominated for Viennoiserie Shop of the Year. By mid-October, we were invited to the Golden Swirl Awards 2024 - Jakarta Honors. And toward the end of October, we were announced as the winner.

The process. The love for creating. The team behind it all. We are so honoured to share this golden swirl of recognition with you.

Monthly curated wines were and still are here! We are very fond of ‘s bottle selections for the month of October. Next week, he will be hosting a special evening at our place. Dinner like usual, just with special highlight of these three bottles!

Some dishes are just too good to stay away for long. After a little time off and a few requests, the Ikura Egg Toast is back on our AM menu, now with a little twist. Our kitchen has tweaked it by using toasted shokupan instead of sourdough and swapped the bowl for a plate, making it more wholesome—ready to be enjoyed as your breakfast staple.

On the bakery list: Kouign-amann – baked fresh every morning. Buttery and flaky with caramelized layers. Enjoy it as is or with your favorite coffee.

Flattened on the kitchen table, sauce first and then the toppings last, baked at your order, and your sourdough pizza is finally ready for dine-in or takeaway!

On the daily bakery list: sourdough bagels—perfect on their own or with your favourite cream cheese spread. We love them warm, and fresh out of the oven.

It’s always a good day for fresh bread in the morning and great wine at night. See you at our place!

Last Wednesday night, while it rained outside, we kept it warm and fun inside. Massive shoutout to for hosting such a wholesome evening at our place! Great food, good wines, and indeed a fun evening with everyone. See you next month with our other friend for Grape of the Month!

August specials from our kitchen: Chicken Curry Puff, Duck Sausages, Arroz Negraz and Arroz Con Pollo.

Oven is heated up. Wood is on fire. Chefs are ready to bake sourdough pizza. Dinner is ready, maybe complement it with a glass or two of our selection of natural wines.

Our PM menu is served from 4pm — 10pm, for early dinner or late dinner. See you at our place!

A European bistro by night and a German small pub, two chefs from different kitchens with shared heart for bringing SCHMAUS to the table! Meaning “grand feast” in German, we are cooking something wholesomely grand for your dinner feast with jazz blues tunes by playing in the background!

We expected an outdoor cookout for Margarita Marauders Vol. 04 last Saturday, but due to the heavy rain in Jakarta, the night turned out a little different! The joy of the people, the rush from our open kitchen, and the constant shaking of the bar bottle to make margaritas distracted us from the heavy downpour! Thank you for making it happen .id

Second stop in Jakarta is at ! Crafted the signature flavour from Glodok into soft serve, our cart is rolling all the way to the West of Jakarta.
