At Ante, we feel responsible of every small step towards a greener future, this influenced our reasoning on why we’ve chosen to incorporate certain materials into our humble abode.

Our dinner service napkins are part of our collaboration with , made from eco-friendly Tencel fabric and Peace Silk blend. Also, guests who feel they need a tad more warmth, could ask our floor team for our pashmina, made from the same Peace Silk material, cruelty-free with no harm towards the cute little silkworms, both the perfect example of our team’s perspective towards sustainability.

Nature’s Nocturne, embarked on a culinary and musical journey unlike any other. Our collaboration with the talented chefs at brought together the best of Indonesian and Korean cuisine. Chef Bima and Chef Gaby’s creations were nothing short of extraordinary, each dish a masterpiece of flavor and presentation.

Giving you an exclusive sneak peek of the 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝘄 dishes that we’ll be serving on our .jkt x Showcase Dinner!

Main Course (Option number 1):
A staple seafare within the pages of the Ante recipe books, the 𝗦𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗳𝗶𝘀𝗵 is a sea critter we humbly think 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 appreciation and respect in the industry. Served with a cheekily named sauce, VVVongole, a blend of our house Vadouvan, Vongole, then made into a Veloute.

Main Course (Option number 2):
Here in Ante, we’d like to give those of little love, some recognition. A secondary cut of 𝗪𝗮𝗴𝘆𝘂 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗯𝗶𝗳𝗳 from the is cooked over coals, with a crust of cashews, and served with a balsamic cherry reduction.
