Summer 2024 Timetable 💪 ☀️
🏋️♀️ All youth S&C sessions will take place on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays.
🏋️♀️ Evening group training classes available every weekday evening (🤞outdoors)
🏋️♀️ x2 Saturday morning “Challenge” classes to really get you sweating to start of your weekend.
📱 booking is essential for all classes.
