Chill Out Charlie is a wellbeing, positive living programme. Stories - Art - Meditation Chill Out Charlie is a wellbeing, positive living programme for all.
The programme has been developed by AnnMarie McCarthy, who is a Children's book author and illustrator. AnnMarie has nine published books to date. She has now combined her experience as an author/illustrator with her extensive experience in art workshops together with her Reiki Mastership to develop this wellbeing programme. Life can be busy, physically, mentally and emotionally. Chill Out Charlie
