It's hard to believe that our full time Professional Cookery class finished last week - how that time has flown. It seems like no length since they started, eager to learn and embark on their new course. To see how much they have gained from their time on the course has been inspiring, not only increasing their culinary knowledge and skills but also gaining confidence, learning the importance of teamwork and building resilience while making friends along the way. We have loved having them here with us in Mayo Abbey and wish them every success as they move forward into their next chapter.
