Mark's Farm has bees, chickens, vegetables, fruit and trees near Galleyhead lighthouse in West Cork. Bee keeping has been my passion for over 15 years.
I have worked on this RAW HONEY mixture for six years. Years ago a neighbour requested removal of a hive from their roof. After scooping out the wax, pollen and honey and then cold filtering it, the taste of the mix was ambrosial! We decided to create our own "wild honey" thereafter. Absolutely nothing added but the following “health from the hive”:

The wild flower meadow is doing very well. lots of these flowering plants are classed as weeds when we bale the paddocks for fodder. Some of these weeds are also classed as herbs and e.g. docks have lots of iron in them and therefore good for all livestock.

We sell Mil, Raw Irish honey with pollen and propolis. It's like wild honey harvested 100's of years ago.

Could not help but share this. What would we do without the 'oul enterprise support?
The small entrepreneur can keep struggling while the big bucks go to the big companies.
In my personal small enterprise experience, the official financial help takes a long time to clear, many hours of paper work and communication, one has to jump through many hoops, spend money, and still nothing much comes out of it.
Some of the mentoring was good though.
