Christmas Shopping, well great time to pop inot the Christmas Market in St. Peter's Cork and support the Cork Cancer Care Centre lots of different local small business and artists and crafters, meet them, support local and pick up some lovely gifts for others this weekend. Open on Saturday 10am-7pm & Sunday from 10am-6pm. Check it out tell your friends get charity raising much needed funds.

Getting close to that time of year again and I don't know about you, sometimes I struggle to find gifts for others, well check out the Xmas Market in St. Peter's Cork , in aid of fundraising for the Cork Cancer Care Centre , a charity close to my heart where there will be ariange of local artists and crafters and sellers providing the opportunity to purchase some wonderful gifts on Saturday the 25th & Sunday 26th of November.

Away for the past few days hosting & collaborating with our team from Cork Cancer Care Centre. I am so privileged & grateful to have had this amazing space as my “office” for the weekend. It is so fulfilling hosting retreats in this amazing space with wonderful people. There was lots of learnings, sharings, connections and experiences together. I feel so blessed that my work allows me share this with others 🙏💜🙏

Fantastic night last night at the speed networking event with Blarney & District Chamber of Commerce. Met with lots of businesses and entrepreneurs sharing together building a bigger network and community where we will support each other as our businesses grow. And to top it off raised funds for a wonderful charity Cork Cancer Care Centre. Well done to everyone involved and to everyone who came and big thanks to OfficeMaster Cork for hosting us in their lovely offices. Looking forward to the next event. 🙏💜

I was so suprised to win this award at the Blarney & District Chamber of Commerce awards night. Massive thank you to everyone who voted for me and getting me into the shortlist, thanks to the judging panel for selecting me and the work I do for the prestige award I am so grateful. Congratualtions to all the local business's, each and every one of you, for all the work you do each and every day for your clients and community. On reflection of recieving the award and being a part of the Blarney Chamber, it came to mind that not only do I get to build connections with likeminded people, by getting to know them personally, the people behind the business and being able to confidently reccomend them from this knowledge and even using thier srevices at times ourselves. Above all I think its being a part of a group where we all support each other in many different ways, celebrating our success's as well as being there as a helping hand even if it's only just for a chat, an ear to listen when there are times of challenge too. To all those starting exams this week, remember results do not change who you are as a person. So just be you, try your best & when you feel anxious, close your eyes for a moment and take 3 full deep breaths in filling up your lungs and then breathe out.
Reset and move on.
At the end of all the exams there will still the another day to be you.
