We are delighted to share that South Coast has achieved the Gold and Green Standards for 2024/2025!

In May 2024 South Coast and Specto Ltd. celebrated National Walking Month!! 🚶‍♀️

For the month of May we kept track of our daily steps and we are delighted to say we collectively clocked up a whopping 6.5 MILLION STEPS!!!

Of course, what’s life without a little healthy competition 😉

WOW!! What a week here in South Coast Logistics and Specto, Fermoy!!

We welcomed hundreds of guests this week to our Fermoy Depot to showcase our facilities along with collaborating with our spectacular customer HOYER Group.

We have worked with HOYER for 20 years now and we were honoured to host their Training Tank Container this week - truly a highlight in the history of South Coast and Specto.

Thank you to all who attended and of course a big thank you to all the South Coast, Specto and HOYER employees who put together the most fantastic week.

After winning the Operational Excellence in Transport & Logistics Award in 2023, we are thrilled to see South Coast nominated for the same category again this year.

Not only that, but our incredible Operations Director Bosco Creed has been nominated for the prestigious Operations Manager/COO of the Year.

Last week for Daffodil Day in aid of the Irish Cancer Society South Coast and our sister company Specto, Fermoy held a beautiful coffee morning for our members of staff.

We are delighted to say that we raised over €400 for the Irish Cancer Society!!!!

A very exciting new opportunity within the South Coast Logistics family!

We are currently hiring for a General Operative & Reachstacker driver for our Ballycoolin facility in Dublin. We are looking for candidates who have drive, ambition, and an excellent work ethic to join our expanding Dublin team and be a part of South Coast Logistics’ exciting plans to grow our business.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Controlling traffic within the facility
Driving the reach stacker to load/off load tanks
Connecting & disconnecting tanks for heating
Collecting and distributing HGV parts and materials
General housekeeping of the site

Previous experience in a similar role an advantage. Full training will be provided to the successful candidate incl. Reachstacker certification.

2023 is drawing to a close and South Coast Logistics are so thankful for such a fantastic year 🌟 We have grown so much as a company and that is in no small way thanks to our incredible customers and suppliers and their continued support throughout 2023.

We certainly wouldn’t be where we are without our phenomenal team in Ireland, Poland, and Croatia along with our fantastic drivers who make everything we do possible.

We will be open as normal next week with reduced opening hours December 27th/28th/29th but we’ll be back in 2024 ready to go! 💫
