Let’s be frank and honest, sometimes a Christmas coffee needs a little Irish-ing! Here’s our recipe to make the perfect one.

The what

2 tbsps of double cream.
150ml (a decent cup) of freshly brewed Frank and Honest.
50ml of Irish Whiskey.
½-1 tsp of brown sugar.
A pinch of freshly grated nutmeg.

The how…

Whip the cream to perfection.
Pour the Frank and Honest into a coffee glass.
Add the sugar and stir, then add the whiskey.
Add the cream by slowly pouring it on the back of an upturned spoon that’s just breaching the surface of the liquid. (Trust us this works!)
Finally, add the nutmeg.
Enjoy
