Easter Good Friday sandwich 🐣
Special on today is our egg mayonnaise, cucumber, tomato & rocket in your choice of ciabatta, sourdough, wholemeal or wrap. Have it toasted!

A favourite breakfast toast is Pan fried haloumi, roasted red peppers, griddled aubergine, sun blushed tomatoes on sourdough toast with rocket & basil pesto.
Fresh, healthy & so good as it is… or
Add a perfect poached egg or two, some crispy pancetta or Iberico chorizo for some extra flavour & protein.

We will be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & St Stephen’s Day, and back to business on Wednesday 27th, Thursday 28th, Friday 29th & Saturday 31st. 8am-3pm.
Serving breakfast, lunch and all the Christmas favourites treats like Christmas sandwiches, mince pies and lots of lovely coffee!
We have not done this for a few years due to the pandemic, so this year we are looking forward to keeping the fridges running, lights on, coffee machine humming and seeing the door opening and welcoming everyone in!

Our Gusto bike was stolen from Washington Street yesterday morning (Saturday). If you spot it anywhere in the city or surrounds, please let us know! 🙏🙏🙏

Waffles with lemon mascarpone cream, blueberry compote & toasted almonds.
We are making these waffles gluten free. We have them on our Saturday menu for the moment but will be adding them to our everyday breakfast menu soon, offering different sweet & savoury toppings.
Today it’s Warm Gluten free waffles, lemon mascarpone, blueberry compote and some toasted almonds.

Turkish Poached Eggs… new on the weekend breakfast menu!
A simple savoury breakfast, Turkish Çılbır, pronouned chil-bir, is basically poached eggs served over a bed of delicious garlicy yogurt and finished with a generous drizzle of warmed spicy butter with a good dash of Aleppo pepper, and served with fresh bread.
This savory Mediterranean diet-friendly breakfast is delicious and comforting in the best way and we add with some fresh dill, mint, pine nuts and toasted sourdough to complete 👌

Our Hot Sandwich Special this week is O Mahony’s Aged Beef Sirloin and Wild Garlic Pesto, Chard, Courgette and Beetroot Salad, served in Ciabatta.
Wild garlic is a truly ancient Irish herb and has been eaten in Ireland for thousands of years. In season now, growing wild in hedgerows, forests & woodlands. Wild garlic has glossy green leaves are delicious in sandwiches, salads, or added to sauces and dressings. It also makes splendid pesto & makes a delicious pasta dish. In the past, it has been used to treat digestive disorders, rheumatism, high blood pressure and asthma.
It’s in our hot sandwich this week along side in season beetroot & chard. We hope you like it as much as well do!
