Starting in September 2023, Aer Lingus will now be operating a flight twice a week from Shannon to Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport. This is a route that will make travelling to Paris endlessly easier for anyone residing down this side of the country.

CDG is located approximately 25 kilometers northeast of Paris city center, making it very convenient for travelers to access the capital. It has excellent transport links, including train services, buses, and taxis. It is also one of the busiest airports in Europe and a major international hub, serving numerous airlines and offering connections to destinations worldwide. This means not only can you go for a little city break with Aer Lingus, but opens up so many more routes going further afield with a connection through CDG.

From the moment you pull up to this hotel, you immediately know you're about to be well looked after. Stepping up to the door, you're welcomed with big smiles from anyone working here and more importantly, from the people walking out. To add the cherry on top, you may even be handed a glass of prosecco upon check-in.

I think the photos speak for themselves but to add some context, the Hilton Malta sits right on the coast of St. Julians so when you enter the hotel, in the lobby you will find yourself looking right out at the ocean and its gorgeous pools. During the warmer months, the total number of pools available for use goes up to 5 (not including Jacuzzis and hot tubs ) which consists of 4 outdoor and 1 indoor, one of these being an infinity pool to give you the feeling of swimming right there in the ocean.

Some of the views you'll see in these photos are from their marina view rooms. If staying here, you will nearly always be looking at the water either from this view of the marina or with a sea view room. From the executive sea view rooms, you'll even be able to see the ocean while you shower and have access to the executive lounge BUT to get an idea of what that is like, you'll have to call us and inquire further..

When it's comes to amenities, you have everything you might need right here. You have 3 restaurants, the Oceania with its stunning ocean views, The Blue Elephant with its serene ambience, and a cafe/lunch style restaurant which is connected to the lobby and also overlooks the ocean. The patio here is just built for a midday snack or drink. It has the Quarterdeck Bar which went completely untouched in the hotels recent renovation and you may be able to see why in the photo above but even at that, the photo doesn't do it justice. A gym, sauna, steam room, hair dressers, jewellery stores, fitness classes, spa.. need I go on?

I could go on and on about how wonderful this hotel is and all the incredible amenities it has but no videos, photos or block of text will ever encapsulate the beauty of this hotel. You'll just have to come here yourself to really experience it.
