Rotary Tree of Remembrance
Remember your loved ones at Christmas with a ribbon on the Tree Whilst this is free, if you wish to make a donation we will be delighted.
The Rotary Clubs of Cork and Bishopstown jointly run the Remembrance Tree Opposite Brown Thomas on Patrick St every Christmas. Macroom E Enterprise Centre & Ballincollig Network Group and their Communities are supporting this project over Christmas.. Hi All. Bunny was left at the Remembrance Tree shed over Christmas. He is missing his owners cuddles very much. Lets get him reunited with the little girl or boy that must be missing him so much. He is being very specially cared for in Cook St but cannot wait to get home.

The 2023 Remembrance Tree will open at 1pm on Saturday 9th December with the Lord Mayor placing the first ribbon on the tree and carols with members of the Fleischman Choir. Members of the Rotary Club will be on duty to give our ribbons until Christmas Eve
We were delighted to have An Taoiseach Micheal Martin, together with Lord Mayor Cllr. Deirdre Forde at the official opening of this years Rotary Tree of Remembrance. We will be on hand to assist in putting ribbons on the Tree until Christmas Eve
Cork's iconic Rotary Tree of Remembrance will be reopening this Saturday it wouldn't be a true Cork Christmas without the iconic Tree of Remembrance outside Brown Thomas, and it's back this weekend for a great cause
The 2022 Rotary Tree of Remembrance will start on Saturday December 10th at 12 noon with official opening and blessing taking lace at 1pm that day. The Lord Mayor will place the first ribbon the Tree and we will have special guests and choral service.
Rotary and charity volunteers will be on hand daily until late on Christmas Eve to place your ribbons on the Tree. All funds raised go to local charities and this years recipients will be Marymount Hospice, Cork ARC Cancer Support House, St Vincent de Paul and Samaritans Cork.
