Brocciu is a traditional Corsican cheese made from sheep’s milk and whey.
It is the only PDO, Procted Denomination of Origin, cheese made from whey.
The taste is very delicate , making it an ideal ingredient in many delicious recipes.
It is an essential ingredient in Fiadone, the traditional Corsican cheesecake.
Each year at Easter time we source Brocciu for our customers at IAGO who use it in making the traditional Italian cake Pastiera Napoletana.
We have Brocciu this weekend at IAGO!

On Saturday October 1st, Ray Ryan from Finca Ramon will offer a taste of his delicious Spanish olive oil.
The olives, grown in the Ebro Delta area, are a combination of Marut, Sevillenca and Farga varieties, and are chemical and pesticide free.
Ray handpicks the olives and presses them on the same day, ensuring a unique aroma and a delicate flavour.
Ray will be at IAGO tomorrow from 10.00am.

We are delighted to have a new olive oil to offer our IAGO customers.
Finca Ramon is a small olive farm overlooking the Mediterranean Ebro delta.
The oil is made using 3 varieties of olives, Marut, Sevillenca and Farga.
The olives are handpicked and pressed on the same at a local mill.
We believe this delicate smooth oil is a perfect addition to our oil collection at IAGO!
