I think this is the 4th time when it helped me to get back on track and it helped me almost immediately! I fell of the wagon of exercising , good eating and self care in general , I was low in energy and felt like I couldn’t care less even though I knew what I was doing - wrong diet high in sugar, lack of exercise etc wasn’t helping me at all but I just couldn’t stop. I would like to recommend Energy healing sessions with Anne Griffin I've done one myself a good while back and it was an amazing "feeling of getting back to myself" that I really enjoy since that day!!
