Bouncing and splashing in the water stimulates the vestibular system, aiding balance. Baby swimming is proven to help with little one's eating and sleeping patterns and most of all it’s fun to be in the water with your baby letting them splash around 💦💦

Up to €100 is covered by your health insurance so double check your policy!! Baby Swimming is starting Tuesday 10th in , I have 2 times available for this class 9.45 and 10.30. New Baby Yoga & Sensory 5 week course starting Thursday 26th May in this course is a baby led course and is a lovely way to spend some quality time with your baby while learning to communicate with your baby through touch. Yoga helps to increase baby’s flexibility, strength, coordination etc while the sensory element works on not only the senses but also on gross and fine motor skills. Super excited to be able to finally introduce parent and toddler swimming lessons! I have two classes running 3 to 9 month olds and 9 to 18 month olds! As with all my classes this class is completely baby led and it’s all about introducing your baby to new experiences in the water and escaping the craziness of life for 30 minutes! The course is 8 weeks and costs €150! Babies will learn to enjoy and experience all that water has to offer while working on introducing so many new sensory experiences!
