It can be a highly emotional time for both parent and child and it can sometimes take a while for the your little one to adjust to their structured routine. Keep the mood happy and positive then try a deep breathing exercise like deep buzzy breath. 🐝🐝🐝
Breathe in deeply, hold for 3 counts then exhale slowly making a buzzing sound. The sound alone is sure to bring a smile to your child’s face and the slow deep breathing will help control their anxious thoughts. X
