Well done to all the young people who took part in this week's Street Art and Activism programme. Over the course of 3 days, they have completed a fantastic mural based on the Sustainable Development Goals and issues they care about.

And thank you to everyone from the youth project and the community who attended, it was lovely to see so may people together!
We are very excited for this summer programme at the end of the month! Those that take part will have the chance to create a mural for the project, learn to spray paint, and potentially take part in a future street art residential if they are interested!
Details will be sent out this week about how to sign up! Message Ruth or our page here if you have any questions!
Our summer programme for secondary+ young people! (1st years to 6th years/PLCs etc).
We will send out a google form to parents/young people next week so everyone can let us know what they would like to sign up to!
Again, in order to go on a trip, we are asking young people participate in at least one of the 3 day programmes - street art, art, music or sports.
Some dates are still to be confirmed and places are limited on the overnight trips (residentials). We also may have a few more things to add!
This year we are asking for a contribution towards the bus for the two trips, but do let us know if this is a problem for you.
For the Mayo residential, we will be holding an information night for the young people before hand.
Let Ruth or Rachel know if you have any questions!
Next week is our last week of afterschool groups, and below is our summer programme for our primary groups! Those that are just finishing up with 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th class!
We have two trips, and three summer camps! A young person can do all, or one programme. In order to go on one or both of the trips, young people should do at least one camp!
This year we are also asking for a €5 contribution to the bus, but if this is a problem, please let us know.
We will be sending out google forms next week, so parents can let us know which programmes their child would like to do!
(We have a couple of things to add, but we will send messages out directly to parents for those.)
If you have any questions, get in touch with Ruth or Rachel!
