In June, The Perimenopause Experience Study team released our study survey. Since then, we have had nearly 700 women in Ireland complete the survey. This is above and beyond what we expected and highlighted the need for research in this area.
Before we released the survey, we spent nearly 1.5 years building the survey and we created an expert and public advisory panel to support this process. One challenge the advisory panel highlighted was that an online survey may not be accessible to all, especially to women who prefer to connect in person. So, on the 5th & 6th of October, we will be holding in-person interview sessions in Cork, in UCC. We would like to ensure we are giving every woman the opportunity to participate in the way that they would prefer.
Interviews will be completed with a member of the research team and are completely voluntary. If you are interested or know someone who may be interested in participating, please share this post or click on the link below. Thank you to everyone who has already shared and supported this research! 🙌
