Connect with the Arts on CIT Campuses
The role of the Arts Office is to work with students and staff to develop and support arts related projects, and promote arts activities happening on all CIT campuses. Based in the Bishopstown campus, the Arts Office is aims to develop and nurture the arts as a space were students, staff, graduates and external visitors can engage, think and be challenged by different forms outside of their normal studies, work or daily activity.
CIT offers students and staff the opportunity to experience and develop their talents, and meet new people. Students have an opportunity to develop, or continue their interests within the arts by joining arts related societies such as dance, drama, music, photography, musical, anime to name a few, or they can engage with the various arts activities organised throughout the year by the Arts Office.
CIT recognises that in addition to their academic development, the arts are an integral part of life for students and staff, and has invested significant funds to develop dedicated professional performance theatres and exhibition spaces, that are accessible to all.
So do get involved, and if you have any ideas for music, visual arts or dramatic arts events, and feel the Arts Office can assist please contact us!
