Leeds AFC are delighted to announce we will commence our very first Cadbury Kick Fit programme next week 31st of July. The FAI Cadbury Kick Fit programme is a fun and non-competitive recreational social programme for women 18+, with no experience necessary. The primary aim of this programme is to keep fit and create a social group and raise interest in recreational football for women within the club.

Start date Wednesday 31st July
Time: 7.30pm - 8.30pm
Duration: 8 weeks

What an unbelievable night for our girls in green with an amazing win over France this evening. Our girls in blue descended down to Páirc Uí Chaoimh to watch Ireland take on France. For our girls this was a night to remember. FAIreland

The programme will run in 61 venues across the country in 2024, it runs for 6 weeks, with one-hour sessions per week. The cost is €30 for 6 weeks.

Team Denmark who excelled in the Group stages defeated the form team on the night Team Italy in a thrilling 8-7 Final.

Captain Mark O’Connor had finals Top Scorer Anthony Crowley (5) to thank for the win. Cillian Flynn(2) & Eric McCarthy completed the scoring for Denmark. Italy scorers Robbie (3) who finished 2nd in the overall scoring charts on 19 goals, Cillian O Keeffe (2) & Josh (2).

Congratulations also to Evan Coughlan - tournament top scorer with a massive goal haul of 23 goals. 👏👏👏

Following last nights AGM and the close of the season its great to look back and see what an amazing season its been for the club.

This year we have had numerous League titles and promotions which included winning the U13 Premier, U15 Division 1, Munster Junior League Division 1 ad the Pop Keller Cup.

All of this was tied in nicely with us receiving the FAI Club Mark and also introducing 2 brand new girls teams into the club.

The future is bright and we intend to make next season even more successful!
