It’s been a tumultuous few years for the restaurant industry. i caught up with inspirational young chef, Aishling Moore, head-chef and co-owner of Cork's Goldierestaurant, who is tackling issues like gender ratios, work-life balance, and sustainability - while hanging on to its Michelin Bib.

We would like to say a huge THANK YOU to the many people who enthusiastically, and generously, supported last night's Ukrainian Fundraising Dinner, here at Ballymaloe House, in so many ways.

Together we raised over €18,000 for Medical Help Ukraine and with their help, these funds will go directly towards assisting Ukrainian citizens, who have become victims of the conflict. It will also support these medical professionals in their efforts to heal those wounded.

This was only possible thanks to the extreme generosity of so many... Aishling and Robert , our Head Chef and team and their generous suppliers, our own staff, raffle prize givers, musicians, and guests!

Thank you all so much 💙💛 It was a very special evening, for a very important cause.
