🚨NEWS! Good morning! It’s been a game changer being able to offer guests two restaurant spaces for breakfast. Upstairs guests can enjoy a selection from the continental buffet. Meanwhile downstairs it’s a table service bringing you freshly cooked Irish breakfasts.
Due to the popularity of our table service we’ve renovated one of our vaults and here she is. A New cosy breakfast space just for you.
We’ve used a James Malton print depicting Parnell Square in the 1790s on the back wall.
Enjoy your breakfast ☘️👌

⭐️Moore Street is one of the oldest marketplaces in the city. It's survived a big shift in how people shop. Despite the arrival of its neighbouring Ilac Centre shopping mall in 1981, the stalls of Moore Street have remained largely as they were. Nowadays, you'll find a diverse mix of international food and produce alongside traditional fruit, flower and fish stalls.
🍂 Find Vendors Every Friday and Saturday from 11am until 5pm this Autumn.
🇮🇪 Moore Street also played a vital role in the 1916 Easter Rising. During battle, members of the Irish Volunteers occupied four houses on a terrace off the street, from numbers 14 to 17. It’s on this street that five key figures in the Rising surrendered, led by Patrick Pearse.
👉1916 Rebellion Walking Tour include Moore Street as part of their tours which start off at The International Bar. The story of the rising is also told in great detail in the museum at the nearb@gpowitnesshistory , which was the rebels’ headquarters during the rebellion.
🚶♂️Moore Street is an 8 minute walk from the Castle Hotel while The GPO (General Post Office) is a 9 minute walk.
