Everytime I see “Good vibes only!” written on something, I want to barf, because I used to be those people!
And weirdly, that phrase seems to be printed on all kinds of things nowadays.
A rebellious part of me just wants to throw all of the “good vibes only” junk in the trash.
People are so complex and feel so many different feelings all of the time.

Forcing yourself to “figure your s**t out” might actually be setting you out of alignment…
And feeling lost and directionless can actually be a good thing!
It means you’re in the wide open space of asking, “What the hell do I do next?”
Let’s play in that space!
Perhaps you can remember a time when you were a kid with no agenda, no worries about what you were going to do tomorrow, and maybe you even loved getting lost sometimes?
You just kept playing and being lost became an adventure!
What if you could apply that same perspective into adulthood?
What if the answers come in NOT forcing yourself to figure out the next step, or in judging yourself for not “having it all together?”
FYI: Claiming to “have it all together” is some BS — all of us are just making it up as we go!
There is no one “all together” path….Yours is unique and special to you!
What if you just relaxed and allowed yourself to be in the “lost” space without judgement?
Here’s what I’ve found: when you relax and allow yourself to be in that space, often answers just appear.
Sometimes they’re already there, but because you’re in a space of judgement and trying to force a path to appear, you can’t see it and that slows you down.
It’s like you’ve lost touch with the magic of the flow and your creative power to imagine a future that exceeds anything you’ve previously experienced…
And maybe you’ve outgrown your old paradigms and you can’t yet see the next step because you’ve never taken it before…
Trust.
Trust and let what needs to come through, come through.
Let go.
Let go and receive.
Let yourself play is the lost space and let it be an adventure…the best adventure — because you’ve allowed it to be!!!
