Smithstown Innovation Park - Recently completed 45,000 sq.ft commercial / light industrial premises in Shannon, Co. Clare. Coordination of structural, traffic & transport, environmental, building energy and archaeological consultants was also carried out to ensure a seamless procurement process for the client. Atlantic Medical Centre recently completed on the former Western People site in Ballina. The site served the people of Ballina and the North West for many decades and is set to serve them for many decades to come. From concept to completion we provided feasibility, design, planning, engineering and project management services. Recently completed project on Torquay Road, Foxrock, Co. Dublin featured in last weekend's Sunday Times. This imposing house was constructed on the site of a derelict bungalow which was demolished to make way for this generous four bedroom family home comprising four reception rooms and gym.

Recently completed transformation from tired vacant residential property to modern bright contemporary retail space.

Work underway on a new Art Gallery and Studio Space by Ballinglen Arts Foundation. The building replaces a derelict dwelling on Main Street and will be a welcome addition to the streetscape of Ballycastle and will compliment the recently completed Bourkes of Ballycastle just a few doors away.

Construction is well underway on this gate lodge near Enniscrone, Co. Sligo built within the grounds of an existing home. The inspiration for the design is taken from the Pavillion Frais which is to be found in the gardens of the Palace of Versailles. The Pavillion Frais, an ice cream parlour, was built by Louis XV in 1753 when ice cream became popular among the aristocracy and was completely restored in 2010.

Work begun this week on the extensive extension and refurbishment of this fine property on Anglesea Road. The works include the complete replacement of the roof to accommodate additional bedroom space and the reconfiguration of the interior to maximise access to the substantial back garden and maximise sunlight into the house.
