Jane is a qualified Dental Nurse with many years of experience in the dental field. She is part of the Dental Nursing team and our Front Desk Team. 🙌

Jane is very passionate about ensuring she provides the highest level of patient care and her kind and caring personality helps ensure a smooth journey for our patients. 🥰

Jane is currently enrolled in the NEBDN IV Sedation course and is keen to expand her knowledge with further development and training courses in the future📘.

In her spare time Jayne enjoys spending time with her partner, family and friends, and her rescue dog Lottie🐕.

Patient Coordinator: New Life Teeth Dublin

Essential Criteria:
- Proven work experience as a Patient Coordinator or similar role within dentistry/dental field.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills to share updates with patients and other medical staff.
- Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
- Excellent customer service skills to provide ongoing support for patients and their families.


Responsibilities include:
- Replying to patient enquiries via email and phone.
- Supporting the clinical team and Practice Manager.
- Supporting Front of House team and Treatment Coordinators.
- Communicating effectively & efficiently with new and existing patients.
- Providing support to patients throughout their patient journey.
- Managing diary appointments and treatment plans.
- General administrative duties.
- Dealing with post and deliveries.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with local practices and referrers.
Coordinating meetings, clinical events and open evenings.


This is a general overview of the role and responsibilities of a Patient Coordinator. This is not an exhaustive list and other duties and responsibilities may be added once adequate training is provided.


Immediate start available
42.5 hours per week - Working Pattern is Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays: 8:30am-5:30pm and Thursdays: 10am-7pm.
Salary will be dependent on experience.
