Hi Everyone- Happy New Year ! Today’s post is all about our Founder Deirdre McCafferty. Since helping run one of Dublin’s oldest plant based restaurants wasn’t enough, this past year she started the journey towards her post grad certification in Climate Change and Entrepreneurship at Trinity Business School.

As part of the course, Deirdre plans on hosting online based talks focused on the environment, health and nutrition.

To help enable this, we need your help. Fill out a survey and let her know what you think.

Our polar bear is back from
COP 28! He’s a happy reminder that we make a difference to some extent through what we do - less fossil fuels and more plant based foods. He is very enthusiastic about every small contribution to saving his polar icecaps. Our founder, Deirdre is currently working on her Post Graduate Certificate in Climate Entrepreneurship with all the great folks at too; clearly all things environmental run in the family. Come say hi to our polar bear, he’s on the ground floor now xx

Today was a great day for aubergine lovers at Cornucopia- serving up some baked aubergine with ground tofu, tomatoes and peppers resting on a bed of beetroot-tahini sauce and rice. Enjoy🤤

🍕Vegan Pizza @ Cornucopia. Homemade ‘pepperoni’ mozzarella , roast peppers, rocket and balsamic mayonnaise. The newest addition to our small plates menu at €10.95.

Hello hello ! A few days ago we took a few pictures for a group booking. Good natural lighting, our feijoada and a cute menu - it was perfect. You can book too through our website.

Is fear nGaelige bhriste, na Bearla cliste - Broken Irish is better then clever English 🤍 We are celebrating Seachtain n nGaeilge in Cornucopia for the next two weeks. We now have dual Irish/English sinage throughout our restaurant. We have such a multi-cultural team, but everyone is excited to ‘cleachtadh cúpla focal’ - practice a few words.
