We finally tried
Amazing fisho substitute, it isn't as fishy as we thought, but the texture is probably the closest that we have had, and the Nori makes up for it. Our favourite was the California salmon roll with cream sheese 🤤
They are sold out for a few days, but they will be back soon, give them a try and let's show some love to those small vegan business 👍🌱

What a breakfast we had today!! and a big part was thanks to and her oregano and onion bread, which made the morning for us 🤤🤤.
Handmade, freshly baked bread, she has a few different ones, but we when for the oregano and onion one. Perfect baland taste and texture. Tasty on its on, but not too strong that would overpowered any spread 🤩🍞
Love to find those small initiatives, that deserve all the praise, for their talent and detail. You can see, it was made with love.

30 minutes vegan cinamon rolls, let's do this...
Ingredients:
Cinnamon Rolls:
- 1 pack already made pizza dough (aldi)
- 70gr soft vegan butter
- 65 grs brown Sugar
- 1 TBSP Cinnamon powder
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
Glazed:
- 70 grs soft Vegan Cream cheese (Violife)
- 1/4 Cup soya milk
- 30gr Icing Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Vainilla Extract
Instructions:
1. Mix your butter, sugar and cinnamon until it forms a paste.
2. Spread the mixture into the dough.
3. Roll that baby up and cut into 6 rolls
4. Place onto baking paper in a oven tin, they don't need too much space.
5. Bake at 180° for about 20min.
6. While your cinamon rolls are resting out of the oven, mix all your graze ingredients, and
glaze those buns!!
7. You are done!! Enjoy them warm from the oven.

Tofu Zalmon Steak.
Seriously is there anything that tofu can't do?
We've been quiet for a few days, so no better post than this mind blowing recipe.
We followed the Salmon recipe from which I think is inspired from the geniuses from .tv but in either case, THANK YOU for this!
Few personal Recommendations after have tried the recipe:
1. don't be affraid of doing your marinade on the strong/salty side.
2. Double up the amount of beets.
3. Press your tofu!! Don't skip this part.
4. Spread the gaps as much as you can, allowing the marinade get between your flakes.
5. Marinate your tofu overnight.
Let us know if you guys give this recipe a try! It won't fool any non vegans, but no doubt that any person will find this meal tasty and delicious 🍴👌
There's no doubt that one of the most delicious chocolate are Ferrero and raffaello, and after going vegan we left them behind... NOT ANYMORE!!! Believe us when we say, they taste like the real deal, but 100% plantbased 🤩🌱.
Let's do this!!
- 1 can vegan condensed milk
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Cream (no liquid)
- 2 TBSP vegan butter
- 1/4 Cup white sugar
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- 1 1/2 Cup shredded coconut + 1/2 Cup to roll the balls after
- 3 TBSP soya milk
- 2 TBSP Cornstarch
- 1 Bar ichoc chocolate White Vainilla
- 1/4 Tsp Almond Extract
- Blanched Whole Almonds
- Coconut Oil for your hands
Instructions:
1. Mix in a pot: condensed milk, coconut cream, vegan butter, white sugar, salt, 2 rows of the ichoc and cook on medium heat. Mix constantly, until all the ingredients are well combined.
2.When all the ingredients are mixed together, lower your heat, and keep stirring for about 5 min.
3.Meanwhile mix your Cornstarch with soy milk until runny and without any lumps. The Cornstarch with dissolved very fast.
4.Add your Cornstarch and 2 cups of the shredded coconut into the mix and keep stirring.
5.Quick enough, your mix will thicken up.
6.Transfer to heatsafe container. This mix needs to rest in the fridge until set. 8 hours or overnight.
7.When your coconut+white chocolate paste is set, with some coconut oil in your hand, take about 1 TBSP of the mix, add a whole almond and roll them in the rest of the shredded coconut
8.Repeat until all the paste is used. You should get about 12 to 15 balls.
9.When your coconut+white chocolate are rolled. Place them in the freezer for about 2 hours. Don't worry, they won't freeze.
10.Take the rest of the white chocolate and the almond extract and melt it.
11.Take your balls and coat them with the white chocolate. Because your balls should be very cold, the chocolate will firm up, instantly.
12.Optional: Chopped some almond and before the chocolate get totally set, springle some almond on them.
13.They are Ready to be enjoyed 🤤🤤
Keep these bad boys in the fridge or freezer them for upto 2 months if you won't eat them in one sit... Like us 👀.
