Hse mental health service is a shambles for a long time now for as long as I know, nothing is changing and it's shocking as lives are lost 💔💔

At the moment we are keeping in line with government guidelines and are closed temporarily. We are in line with the phase 4 road map from the government which means we are looking at possibly opening again from July 20th. We will keep you updated in case there is any changes. (in Drogheda only)

In order to keep everyone safe I have decided to close Drogheda Holistic Centre until we get a handle on this pandemic.
I can however still offer distance healing (reiki) and Mandala art healing. (message me for more details)
These are trying times for all but this too shall pass. I'll be sharing tips and tricks for keeping balanced, relaxed and sane over the next few weeks.

I have started a 21 day meditation challenge a few days ago. The meditations are based on creating abundance, whether that means more wealth, more time, more happiness, its different for each person. if you'd like to join the meditation challenge let me know.
The challenge was created by deepak chopra and I have to say they have been really helpful for me (I have my driving test on wednesday and have been very anxious about it but now i'm meditating every day in my car and it has completely reset the space for me)
A part of the challenge is to create a group and share the meditations with others. I suppose this gives you more incentive to actually stay on course for the 21days as you are responsible for sharing meditations with the group you are running.
I will be creating a whatsapp group for the challenge so if you would like to join just let me know by 10pm this evening. We will start tomorrow morning at 10am

A mandala I created for a group of students who attended my Hawaiian lomi lomi massage retreat last week. Mandalas are a meditative process, a container to pour thought, energy and love into. At the end of the retreat in order to transmute that energy we set the mandala alight. It was a beautiful process from beginning to end.

Off to teach a lomi lomi retreat this week, can't wait!

I will be offering lomi lomi massages at this AWESOME yoga festival on the 19th-22nd of July in Townley Hall, Drogheda, Co.Louth.
