Veggie Burger 🍔🌱
Ingredients
4 tablespoons (50 g) ISWARI Original Veggie Burger
50 ml hot water
For the topping:
Fresh spinach
Red cabbage
Vegan cheese
Sauce of your choice
Method
Mix the 50 g of our Original Veggie Burger with 50 ml hot water.
Let the dough rest for 15 minutes so that the magic of the ingredients can combine.
After the quarter of an hour, shape the dough with your hands and bring the characteristic shape of the burger bun to life.
Brush a pan with a dash of olive oil and fry the burgers on both sides until they reveal a crispy outside.
Let yourself be surprised by vegetarian delicacies and top the hamburger bun with tender spinach, melt-in-the-mouth vegan cheese, crispy red cabbage strips and a sauce of your choice that will enchant your palate. Serve with a portion of French fries.

Chai Latte with superpowers 💪
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon of Iswari Extreme Vitality functional coffee
10cl of water
200 ml of oat or hazelnut milk

50g of ISWARI® Wrap Instant Mix
100ml of water or vegetable drink
1 c. cider vinegar or lemon juice
Purple cabbage
Diced tomatoes
Cucumber sticks
Seitan slices
Method
Mix the mix and water until you obtain a homogeneous and creamy mixture.
Place the dough in a hot frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil and cook for 2 minutes over medium-low heat, or until the bottom is loose and golden.
Prepare the taco with thin slices of seitan, red cabbage, cucumber sticks and diced tomatoes.

1/2 cup frozen mango cubes
1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
100g vegan yoghurt
100ml almond milk
1. Add the chlorella powder, frozen fruit, almond milk, and half of the yoghurt to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if the mixture is too thick for your liking.
2. Swirl the remaining yoghurt around the inside of a serving glass.
3. Pour in the smoothie and serve immediately.

“Ferrero” Protein Chocolate Mousse!
INGREDIENTS
Chocolate mousse
350g silken tofu
100g Super Vegan Breakfast Carob & Hazelnut
70g pure maple syrup
50g Super Vegan Fitness Hazenut Butter
35g Iswari Cacao Powder
50ml plant-based milk
Garnish
100g fresh or frozen raspberries, defrosted
Chocolate or carob shavings
Chopped hazelnuts
METHOD
1. Add all of the ingredients for the mousse to a blender or food processor and blend for a few minutes until completely smooth and creamy.
2. Mash the raspberries with a fork and add them to the bottom of 2 servings jars.
3. Spoon the chocolate mousse on top and garnish with chocolate or carob shavings and chopped hazelnuts.
4. Serve straight away or chill for a couple of hours in the fridge before serving.

For the Pina colada smoothie:
350g frozen pineapple

Method
For the chia pudding, add all of the ingredients to a bowl and whisk well. Cover and set aside for 15-20 minutes.
For the smoothie, add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
Whisk the chia pudding well to remove any lumps and pour into one side of your serving bowls. Spoon the smoothie into the other side of the bowls.
Top with fresh pineapple, coconut chips, dried mulberries and a dash of maple syrup.

INGREDIENTS:
100gr of gluten-free whole oat flakes
2 tablespoons of ground flaxseeds

INSTRUCTIONS:
1- Put all the ingredients in a small pan and bring to the heat it is boiling.
2- As soon as it is boiling, reduce the heat so that it continues to boil but as little as possible. Stir regularly with a spoon to prevent it from burning or sticking to the bottom of the pan.
3- When the vegetable drink starts to reduce, and the porridge starts gaining some consistency (about 3 minutes after it starts to boil), remove from heat. (Leave more time to cook if you prefer a creamier consistency)
4- Serve with toppings of your choice.

CHIA PUDDING
4 tbsp Iswari chia seeds
3 tsp lemon zest (from organic unwaxed lemon)
4 tbsp fresh lemon juice 4 tbsp maple syrup
1 ½ cups coconut drinking milk
¼ cup coconut yoghurt
1 vanilla pod
YOGHURT
1 cup coconut yoghurt
1 cup fresh mango chunks
1 tbsp Iswari baobab powder
1 tbsp Iswari super vegan protein
1 tbsp maple syrup Fresh thyme leaves to taste
GARNISH
1 organic ripe mangoes
Fresh thyme leaves
Lemon zest
2 x vanilla pods
1 tbsp quinoa or millet pops
Method
Chia pudding
1. Cut the vanilla pod in half and scrape out the seeds using the back of a knife.
2. In a bowl combine the lemon zest, lemon juice, maple syrup, coconut milk, coconut yoghurt and vanilla and whisk well.
3. Add the chia seeds and whisk again. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for a minimum of 6 hours. Stir well about 30 minutes into the setting time and again once completely set.
Yoghurt
1. Add the coconut yoghurt, mango chunks, baobab powder, protein powder and maples syrup to your high speed blender. Blitz until completely smooth.
2. Add about 5 - 10 thyme leaves and blend again. Taste test and add a little more thyme if required.
Assembly
1. Add a few tablespoons of the chia pudding to the bottom of 2 serving glasses.
2. Slice the mango diagonally. And press 4 slices to the sides of each serving glass. (Hold aside the remaining slices for mango roses).
3. Add a layer of the mango yoghurt into each jar and top with the remaining chia pudding.
4. Divide the remaining mango slices into 2 and create mango roses to sit on top of each jar.
5. Garnish with fresh thyme leaves, quinoa or millet pops and a vanilla pod.
