We offer afternoon tea October–March annually, taking a break for the spring/summer months. VARNISHING DAY // Our exquisite oil portraits by have just returned from her artist studio, with a fresh coat of varnish to safeguard them from the accumulation of dirt and dust. This not only protects but also enhances their appearance with a stunning finish. Come admire Adelaide and Matilda in our Library, and raise a glass to our muses. WALK-IN BREAKFAST // We’re open for breakfast every day, and very open to walk-in guests from the neighbourhood! We cook every dish to order, serve freshly squeezed juices, great coffee and a view over Dublin Bay. What’s not to like?

“Can’t wait to come back! From the moment we stepped through the doors I fell in love. The bedrooms are beautiful with quirky little details. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The cocktail bar in the hotel is beautifully decorated and has an amazing drinks menu including very tasty non-alcoholic cocktails and cocktails served in a smoke-filled jar. We dined in the Italian restaurant onsite and were very satisfied with the food and service. Breakfast in the morning was served overlooking Dún Laoghaire harbour and included delicious in-house baked pastries and granola. I don’t know how we haven’t stayed here before, but it has now become one of our favourite places and we can’t wait to return.”

PROOF IS IN THE PUDDING // We obsess about the quality of our plated breakfast service and have a strong ambition to offer the best breakfast in Ireland. It’s such an important part of our guest stay. We now make our pudding in-house using traditional methods, and the finest ingredients which creates a clean, light, almost luxurious taste that beautifully rounds off our full Irish breakfast.

WINTER LAYER // For those particularly snap cold nights, our Rooms team have extra Foxford throws for added cosiness. Paired with our bespoke merino wool covered hot water bottles, we’ve everything one needs for a warm, snug, peaceful sleep.
