Experience the delights of Oliveto throughout the week, with our doors open, and lights on for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Whether you’re planning ahead or seeking a spontaneous dining experience, we welcome walk-in guests to join us anytime.
Ragu remains a staple on our evening à la carte menu, but we believe in keeping things fresh. Every three months, we introduce a new composition, ensuring a delightful variety for our guests. Our latest rendition features slow-braised Irish duck ragu, served generously over homemade pappardelle pasta and topped with aged Parmesan.
Our à la carte menu features not one, but two steak options: striploin and fillet steak. Sourced from prime Irish cuts, each steak is aged in-house to perfection. Accompanied by a classic peppercorn sauce, we put an Italian twist on it by calling it ’papa al nero’, paying homage to our Italian roots. Indulge in a culinary experience where quality meets tradition.
Celebrate good health with our immune-boosting kale side. Freshly barbecued and expertly tossed in a flavourful lemon and garlic dressing, this dish is then elevated with the rich taste of aged Parmesan. Nourish your body and tantalise your taste buds with every bite.
Our midweek lunch Caesar salad featuring tender confit free-range chicken, crispy pancetta, crunchy croutons, and our signature house dressing (sans anchovies). It’s the ideal remedy for post-holiday indulgence, offering a refreshing start to the week. Oliveto is open from 12pm each day.

Burrata is a staple on the Oliveto menu, and this version has slow-roasted winter tomatoes, kale and pistachio pesto, and radicchio leaf. Simple but oh, so delicious! 🍅 🥬
Introducing a hidden gem from Tuscan tradition—our latest vegetarian pasta sensation: gnudi. Often overlooked in Irish-based restaurants, this classic dish earns its name, ”gnudi“ or ”naked“, as the delicate parcels are crafted from a blend of ricotta and semolina, foregoing the traditional pasta shell.
We present these gnudi in a rich brown butter, sage, and hazelnut sauce. Experience the deliciousness of a dish that stands out from the ordinary.
Our midweek lunch menu has a hearty potato-topped pie with a changing filling that evolves with the changing months. For January and February, we’ll be serving slow-braised Irish venison complemented by a crisp side garden salad, and elevated by our signature vinaigrette dressing.
Bruschetta has been a consistent in Oliveto since 2011, but we change it to match seasonality. Our latest bruschetta is a moreish winter classic of whipped gorgonzola dolce, shaved mushroom, walnut and parsley pesto on our homemade grilled sourdough. Starting on Thursday evening, come try it.👌

We’re gearing up for a bustling and lively lunch and dinner service today. Just a friendly reminder that Oliveto is fully booked tomorrow, but fear not – our Parlour is ready to serve delightful drinks from 1-5pm on Christmas Eve. Join us for a festive and spirited celebration! Please note that our Parlour is unsuitable for children under 12.
A pasta delight that’s a must-have on our menu is our Italian Sausage Ragu with aged parmesan. This Tuscan classic pays homage to traditional ragu braising, enhanced with a touch of piccante spice from the salsiccia, and paired perfectly with al dente rigatoni. It’s a dish that captures the essence of Italian flavours.
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day up to 24th December. Fully booked for Christmas Eve lunch already! Back open at 4pm on 27th December right up to New Year’s Day.
For the month of December, we’ve added a cheese plate to our dessert menu. A combination of Italian and Irish cheese, homemade relish and traditional crackers. Perfect with a sweet wine or port.
The original and classic Oliveto tiramisu is back, and as delicious as it ever was. ☕

Our new signature cocktail menu is now available in both Oliveto and our Parlour. Given that Christmas is around the corner, we think our ‘Berry Bauble’ is worth a shout out. Kraken rum, Perdo Ximénez sherry, raspberry, pear and Monin macadamia. Delicious and festive! 🎅
We’ve added some mushroom ketchup and aged parmesan to our very scrumptious arancini. Simple, seasonal flavour bomb in every mouthful.
