The theme of 2022's World Mental Health Day, set by the World Federation for Mental Health, is 'Make mental health and wellbeing for all a global priority'.
Osteopathy is a very effective means of addressing stress - significant stress or chronic stress can effect out mental health.
Osteopathic treatment can be very effective towards supporting more balance to an overloaded or overwhelmed nervous system.

Returned from London after this fabulous 5 day immersive course in cranial osteopathy with the Sutherland Cranial College. So happy to be part of this community. Such welcoming, knowledgeable, skilful teachers and Tutors. Also made some lovely connections with other osteopaths working in this field of cranial work. Looking forward to getting to the next module….
