Unfortunately due to a change in my personal life I have had to close the crumlin class, I truly wish it was something that I could change , members are more then welcome to join me in Firhouse Community & Leisure Centre Saturday morning class opens 9.30 …. Class talk is 11am xx or I also run a class in Kilnamanagh Family Recreation Centre weds morning starts at 8am and class talk is 9.15am . All welcome would love to see you and continue to help you on your weightloss journey xx

Good morning everyone ❤️ lovely morning here got myself up and out for a quick walk xx get up and at em, ye feel great after and bites earned. It’s a win win 🏅

We have all joined and rejoined classes time and time again … I know I lost count and that’s a fact , at one point I was driving half hour to join a class because I had gone and left all the classes in and around my area and I was too embarrassed to rejoin the local ones (again) , I want to tell you ( if that hit home with you )… don’t ever feel shamed for rejoining as many times as it takes , leaders don’t care, we are just absolutely thrilled to see you come back and Reset , we all join and intend to continue until we reach our goal weight, but life has twists and turns we don’t foresee, picking yourself back up is hard and sometimes it takes longer then we intended it too …. Never ever will you find any judgement in my class … so never fear coming in there will always ALWAYS be a big smile and we go again # # x

So a little bit of an introduction about myself , so my name is Lisa , I was born and reared on kilfenora road , and went to Clareville road school then onto loreto college .. moved away now living in Kildare , always had weight issues even as a small child as I got older it spun out of control and I just kept piling it on … I’m an emotional eater who became over time an emotional binge eater , I tried so many plans some a bit of success some none at all … got to my heaviest in feb 2019 and was asked did I wanna go to unislim , my first words where I didn’t even know it still existed … joined that feb and 16 months later I got to target losing 9st 1lb … that’s the short version …. 😝
