Meet who joined our team in 2022!

Daisy is a student studying Media Production and Digital Arts.

From a young age she's always been interested in drawing and doodling which lead them to doing work experience in an animation studio. From there she fell in love with the idea of pursuing and arts degree.

She is a big movie buff and always loves watching new films. From her studying of Media Production she now has a new appreciation for them knowing all about the behind the scenes production that goes into them.

In college she loves her Radio Production module and in the future hopes to pursue a career in it. Whether this be through as a radio host or on a Production team we wish her the very best of luck and are more than happy to have her on the Incognito team!

Today something a bit different, something no one likes to talk about because it is a sensitive topic.

We are introducing you, what we call **mistakes** !!

Every escape room owner or gamemaster KNOWS what we are talking about. If they say they don't, trust me, they do 😂🙈

As a player, how many times has happened that you had a good code but the lock won't open? How many times you had an answer but secret door decided to remain closed? How many times you did put items in a right order but nothing happened even tho it should?

What then happened? Did gamemaster enter the room in shock and panic mode? Did he/she/they said this is the first time, it never happened before? Probably..
And it probably didn't, because every time something wrong happens we are sure that every responsible ER owner does his/her/their best to resolve the situation ASAP.

But when it happens, because the lock didn't want to open (for no reason), when arduino decided to quit his job (a nightmare), when maglock takes few hours for vacation just because... it is really NOT our fault or smthng we could predict. Trust us when we say that. In that moment we are doing our best to resolve the situation without you even noticing (we are sweating in the office 😶😂) trying to find proper solution for game to move on. It is a win-win situation when we succeed in that,but we are fair enough to tell you what happened even tho you didn't notice and we are fair enough to give you a discount or offer something else because that is how we work.

We understand your position as well. You came to have fun, to play and forget all the outside problems and you want to have an hour of fun. But please, next time you come to any escape room and you run into a room with an issue, try to understand and let them offer you a refund, other game, whatever they can, because we are all humans and we ALL do mistakes.Unfortunately, machines, different mechanisms and such, however "flawless" they seem to be, they do more mistakes than humans and it is sometimes out of our power when will they decide to act weirdly.

Roy is an actor and voice actor 😊

He has been an actor since he was a kid. Roy was inspired by Robin Williams in "Mrs Doubtfire" to become an actor & has been compared to Jim Carrey a lot.

Voice Acting is his biggest passion in life.
He is the voice of BUDDY for a brand new RTE Jr show "The Kids Are All Right Podcast".

His biggest dream is to voice a character in a Pixar or Disney movie.

Roy is a huge lover of Dungeons & Dragons, which has made working in Incognito even better, cause he get to work as Game Master & not just do it as a hobby 😊

Interesting fact about Roy is also that he is fully trained Life Coach. He loves helping others & he is a natural listener. Making others happy, seeing them achieve their dreams is one of his biggest loves in life.

His positive attitude, happy personality and good listening skills are making our life better every day.
With Roy you can talk about anything, he is an amazing colleague, always ready to help no matter what. He is modest and kind, very understanding and very enthusiastic about his work. He will go above and beyond to give you an amazing experience!
