☆Important Client Notice☆
We have tried our utmost to absorb the many, many price hikes that have occurred over the past several months but that, unfortunately, is no longer sustainable. We want to stay open and be able to look after our clientele to the standard we always do and in order to do that a price increase is our only option.
We have had several clients mention their surprise that our pricing hasn't gone up recently, so I'm sure this won't be unexpected.
Our price list (as it has always been) is a guide price and is dependent on the amount of time and product it takes to achieve the clients desired goal. Every client is different.
We ask for your continued respect and understanding with this, but should you have any queries at all please contact me (Debbie) directly. I'm happy to field any questions.
This increase will come into effect on Tuesday 13th of December.

From tomorrow mask wearing is no longer mandatory but down to personal choice. If you are visiting us it is now our policy that you make the right decision for you.
Throughout this pandemic the team @ Glow have done our utmost to keep our clients safe and comfortable within the salon. We are acutely aware that some of our clients are not yet ready to say goodbye to masks. With that in mind, we can assure you that anyone that chooses to wear a mask will be looked after by a staff member wearing a mask. It is our priority to keep our clients comfortable.
We would also like to remind clients that some of our team are similarly not quite ready to bin our masks, and so we would ask that you in turn show them the same courtesy, and if they are wearing a mask please keep your mask on.
We would also like to highlight that we still have our private treatment room for any of our clients that wish to prebook it.
We hope this will be another positive step in what has been such a challenging time for us all.

It's been such a long road to get here....but we're here, it's time!

Today is a day we all prayed would never come, we say goodbye to our gorgeous client and friend Louise. I'm sure there's very few of you from Ballyfermot that didn't know Louise, her abundant kindness and fun loving nature spread far throughout our community. She was the best of the best, the bravest of the brave. She fought her fight with courage and determination. Not once in the many times I looked after her did she complain or speak of the utter unfairness of it all. She was a hero, someone to admire, be in awe of and only wish you could have an ounce of the tenacity she possessed.
Louise first visited Glow for her Debs! It's been nothing but a privilege to be able to look after her for all these years. There's been so many occasions (Louise and her sisters love a party! ), every one of them she was beautiful. We only wish we had the opportunity to take care of you for many more.
We will miss you dearly Louise. You taught us so much. Thank you for everything.
May you rest in peace whilst all the beautiful memories of you live on.

We are heartbroken once again that we will be closing today. We would like to thank all of our amazing clients for their unwavering support, we have done our best to look after as many of you as we could in the 3 weeks we were given.
We hope that this is the last time we have to face closure and that when we reopen we can look towards the future with some certainty.
On a personal note, this year has taught me so much, I am only as good as the team that surrounds me....I have the best. The girls have been fantastic, and I would be absolutely lost without them. With them I know we can get back to what we do best as soon as we are given the go ahead. I will be in touch with regards appointments etc when I have a better idea of a reopening date.
Until then, have a lovely Christmas, mind yourselves and your loved ones. I'm wishing for a 2021 full of hope.
