Last week saw the last of our set themed wine tastings for the summer, ‘Volcanic Vineyards’! Don’t worry though, we still have 3 of our more casual style events coming up!
Wine Wednesdays on July 31st and August 21st.
Thursday Tipples at on August 1st!

Gazpacho, basil infused watermelon, feta, black olive and basil oil paired with
‘Cortezada’ 👌
A delicious blend, this is a coming together of the ‘emblematic’ white grapes of Galicia, Godello for structure, Albarino for acidity and Treixadura for freshness. There’s no oak or lees, just pure fruit, and it’s certainly not wanting. Stone fruits, think apricots, hints of aniseed, tropical fruits and citrus aromas. In the mouth it has a lovely fullness, balanced by a fresh acidity, pleasant mineral textures and a hint of beeswax from the Treixadura 💕

Summer Holidays Update from ELY Wine Bar in Dublin 2🌞

We will be closed for our annual summer holidays from August 4th - 14th, returning to normal hours on Thursday, August 15th, just in time for the Horse Show and Culture Week in the city!

Until then, we're here and open as usual from 5pm, Tuesday - Saturday, serving delicious seasonal food, cocktails, and of course, wine! 🍷
