Absolutely thrilled that one of our projects, Drogheda College (Electrical Training Centre) won "Fit Out or Refurbishment – Up to €10m" category held on Friday night 😊 😊 😊
This project consisted of the fitout of the existing two storey office building (2,118 square meters) to create a bespoke training centre of excellence for electrical skills training.
Well done to all involved 👏👏👏

Work in Progress: much needed extension to Virginia College, Virginia comprising 13 general classrooms, 10 specialist classrooms, an additional Special Needs Unit, a refurbished and extended General Purpose dining area with new links to existing school.

The four-storey linear building is home to 59 apartments providing social and cost rental housing in North Dublin. It is shaped ‘amidst’ the existing historic Holm Oak trees. The design maximises comfort, health and wellbeing to residents through an excellent relationship with natural light, exterior walkways and all outdoor space. The external walkways are designed to allow for incidental conversation and children’s play at each level, promoting inclusiveness for all residents.

Drogheda Training Centre:
We are absolutely thrilled to be working on this exciting new project in conjunction with Louth Meath ETB. The Minister for Further and Higher Education, Mr. Simon Harris, made an announcement for a new major electrical apprenticeship training centre in Drogheda. Our design was presented to the Minister on 17th October 2022. This project involves the fitout of the existing two storey office buildings (1,700 square meters) to create a bespoke training centre of excellence for electrical skills training. This project will start on site on 9th January 2023 with an estimated completion date in late April 2023.

Recently completed Brown Thomas Store in Dundrum. This new fitout is spread over two floors with a total area of 5,796 sq. m. consisting of ladies and gents fashion and a large beauty hall. This project completed in February 2022. Well done to all involved 👏👏👏👏🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

Official opening of the new gym facility at James Stephen’s Barracks in Kilkenny took place on Monday 14th March 2022. This facility is located within the curtilage of an historic barracks and follows a contemporary design solution, fitting sensitively into the surroundings. The facilities will be used by the Defence Forces for a range of training and recreation purposes with the very latest state of the art equipment installed. Well done to all involved

Work in progress: we recently lodged a planning application for a development in Greenhills, Drogheda. This involves the construction of a co-working space, 2 storey building providing 5 retail units at ground level and office at 1st floor, cultural facility, restaurant, 5 story apartment development, 120 bedroom hotel and will include 212 car parking spaces, 292 bicycle parking spaces and electric vehicle charging points. Well done to all involved 👏👏👏👏👏
