Hi, I’m Sonya a certified personal trainer and life coach and have been at Anytime Fitness since 2017; first as a gym member and now as a trainer.

My passion is helping beginners to succeed on their fitness journey through achieving a balance between eating healthy, exercising regularly and enjoying life!

I'm Martin Moylan, I've been a PT and coach since 2013 and started my work in Anytime Fitness in 2016. Before becoming a PT, I graduated from DCU with a degree in sports physiotherapy.

I help my PT clients get better and faster results, become more confident in the gym and have a great time while doing it. Most of all, I want them to look forward to our PT sessions and enjoy their training. We do all this together with simple to follow training and nutrition advice and having a laugh along the way.

Hi, my name is Graham. I have been working as a personal trainer for almost 8 years now. Within that time I have trained clients from all walks of life, helping them to achieve fitness goals and improve their quality of life.
