๐ŸŒŸ Hello, Everyone! ๐ŸŒŸ
It's been a while, but I'm emerging from my 4th trimester after giving birth to my baby boy, and I'm excited to be back in the social media world! To kick things off, I thought I'd share some fun facts about me. ๐Ÿ˜„
๐Ÿฅ I'm the proud founder of Archway Chiropractic โ€“ a journey that truly speaks to my heart.
๐Ÿ“š After finishing my Leaving Cert, I went straight to med school as I initially aimed to become a nutritionist or even dreamt of being a neurosurgeon (thanks, Grey's Anatomy). But after two years, I had an epiphany โ€“ my path was different. I didn't know much about chiropractic, but my intuition said, "This is it!" And I'm thrilled that it allows me to combine my two favorite subjects without opening anyone's skull. ๐Ÿ™Œ
๐Ÿงฅ Speaking of favorite things, that jumper in the picture, one of my all-time faves, is currently tucked away and wouldn't even fit my 4-month-old baby boy. Lesson learned! ๐Ÿคฆโ€โ™€๏ธ
๐Ÿโ˜•๏ธ Fall is my absolute favorite season. The crisp air and vibrant colors โ€“ it's pure magic.
๐ŸŒ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฎ After completing chiropractic school, my gut feeling led me to Ireland, where I felt an incredible sense of "home."
๐Ÿ’ซ I believe my true purpose is to help reconnect and raise your vibration, promoting genuine healing and thriving. Chiropractic is a powerful tool, and I genuinely think that if each of us focuses on having a regulated nervous system, we can make the world an even better place.
๐Ÿง  In my 20s I used to suffer from bad anxiety and panick attack. But a regulated nervous system thanks to therapy, a balanced lifestyle and chiropractic was all I needed.
๐Ÿ™ Thank you for being part of my journey. It's a privilege to serve a beautiful community of people committed to their well-being.

All those compensations eventually lead to dysfunction, which will be signaled through pain. This pain signal is simply trying to bring attention to something that isnโ€™t quite right. โ

Just a little reminder if you have been sitting all day to move your body.
As you probably heard a thousand times before, your body is designed to move and actually your brain function depends on the movement of your body.
1. You can set up a timer to remind yourself to stand up and stretch every half hour or do a little squat / plank challenge for 30 sec.
2. Go for a walk before starting work , at lunchtime and/or after work or post diner . Great to involve the family together and share some quality time .
3. Stand up and walk in your room when you talk on the phone.
4. When watching TV, lose the remote and get up to change channels or programs.
5. Of you are commuting via bus, train or tram, avoid long sitting by standing.
6. During intense gaming , stand up in between sessions or during screen loads.
7. Stand, stretch , and move around during commercial breaks.
8. While cooking turn the music on and do a little dance challenge or some push ups on the kitchen counter.
9. Get yourself a mini trampoline.

You might be wondering, why should I see a chiropractor? Why to I need to get adjusted ? Well in a world where we are constantly overstimulated our system can get on overdrive and chiropractic is amazing to help the body process all those experiences . Remember it is trough your nervous system that you experience the world. In a system on overdrive, the body canโ€™t process new experiences anymore and enter the fight/flight/freeze state as a protection mechanism , because the outside world is perceived as a stress. In other words you are living in survival . The question is : Do you want to survive only ? Or do you want to thrive and experience an amazing life where you are not only pain free but as well able to see , feel and live each moments the best you possibility can ? More than ever in those uncertain times , our bodies are going through intense stressors. Get your nervous system and the one of your loved ones checked . If you are a parent get checked and have your children checked to make sure their system is open to grow, learn and thrive in the best way possible. I love to help people trough chiropractic as you can see quick energy changes in the body. You can incorporate chiropractic as a lifestyle strategy for optimal health and wellness. โ€œPerfectionism is self abuse of the highest order .โ€ Anne Wilson Schaef . This post is highly inspired by one of the main reason I havenโ€™t post anything over the weeks. I just couldnโ€™t . I had such high expectations about posting valuable posts on the platform . The perfect picture , the perfect writing , the perfect #. I got caught in analysis paralysis state. So many inspirations for topics and share informations but not knowing where to start. Finding myself in a loop of scrolling , floated by inspirations but paralysed about taking actions . Perfectionism is, at its core about fear . Fear of failure . Fear of looking stupid , fear of making a mistake , fear of being judged, criticized, and ridiculed . Itโ€™s a fear that one simple fact might be true : youโ€™re just not good enough ... this fear of not being good enough is universal . EVERYONE struggles . Of course it is a false belief. You are enough . Imperfect = I am perfect . Donโ€™t compare yourself , you are unique . You have infinite potential and you are more than enough. JUST START... , start the business , start writing the blog , start the relationship , start the hobby, start the healing journey.. .start whatever your soul desire , and it will just be perfectly imperfect .
