When treating the physical body don’t forget about the emotional body. It is here that all the past traumas and unprocessed emotions are held. Over time these unprocessed emotions create blockages in the energy system of the body eventually resulting in dis-ease. Our energy systems need to be balanced and the energy has to be flowing to accommodate healing 💫

Trapped emotions reek havoc on our energy field and allow the past to control our present moment and therefore our future. To be free of the past so that it no longer controls our lives we need to release these trapped emotions and being balance back to the energy field 💫
